(“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex self-certified the terms and conditions for its new Bitcoin Cryptocurrency Touch Bracket Variable Payout Contracts and Ether Cryptocurrency Touch Bracket Variable Payout Contracts. These contracts will be listed on or after trade date December 5, 2022.
